Travel Requirements:
A copy of a valid passport is required for all international passengers to issue travel documents.
Indian nationals must provide any one of the following valid identity proofs:
Passport
Aadhar Card
Election ID
PAN Card
Cabin Allocation:
Cabins/Saloons will be assigned on the departure date, and boarding cards will be issued accordingly.

Palace on Wheels Booking Policy
For Fully Independent Travelers (FITs):
At the time of booking: 25% of the published ticket price must be paid along with a valid passport.
70 days before departure: The remaining 75% of the ticket price must be paid.
If booking is made within 60 days of departure: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
