Palace on Wheels – Cancellation Policy
Luxury Train Company serves as the General Sales Agent (GSA) for Palace on Wheels, operated by Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC). The cancellation charges for FITs are as follows:
90 days or more prior to departure – 10% of the ticket value will be deducted.
30 to 89 days prior to departure – 20% of the ticket value will be deducted.
29 days or less prior to departure – 100% of the ticket value will be deducted (no refund).General Terms:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and acknowledged by Luxury Train Company.
In case of No Show, the full ticket cost will be forfeited, and no rescheduling will be offered.
Guests terminating their journey mid-way will not be eligible for any refund.
It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance before departure.
All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
