The coaches of the Palace on Wheels take their names from the former princely realms of Rajputana. Within the train, there are four chambers featuring twin beds adorned with authentic Rajasthan decor. Each guest cabin boasts amenities like running hot and cold water, channel music, attached toilets and showers, plush carpeting, and an intercom for a truly comfortable journey. Additionally, guests enjoy the dedicated service of a Khidmatgar, or attendant, available round the clock

The Palace on Wheels comprises a total of 14 guest coaches, all designed to meet the exacting standards of the princely era, reflecting the regality of their namesakes. Every salon is equipped with a mini pantry and a lounge area complete with a petite library, DVD player, and a television. Guests can indulge in a selection of hot and cold beverages and other refreshments while relaxing in this opulent setting, providing an excellent opportunity for socializing and getting to know fellow travelers.
